✦ Terms of Service ✦

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are valid as soon as a commission is officially requested.
A commission is considered officially requested after being approved by me and upon receipt of the payment and successful completion of the commission request form.
The commission can be requested via email, Bluesky or Instagram.
✦ Usage Policy
- All prices are for non-commercial use only. For commercial work, please inform me via email before the payment completion.
- Usage of my artwork for AI training, image generation, feeding any machine learning platform or software, or NFTs is strictly prohibited.
- I reserve the right to post or share the commissioned work in my portfolio or on social media during any of the steps of the commission process. I can also choose not to post artworks at my own discretion.
- The client can choose to remain anonymous, and this should be expressed by a written message. You're eligible for anonymity as soon as the anonymity request is acknowledged by me. Posting or sharing that occurred before being notified of this preference may not be deleted, but if the option of editing the artwork without removal is available on the platform without additional charges, I will do my best to adjust it as soon as possible.
- The client can share or post the artwork after it is completed and delivered. The artwork cannot be claimed as being done or created by the client.
- For digital illustrations, the default file format for delivery is PNG. The client isn't eligible for the source/layered file.
- The source/layered file may be used in the future for educational purposes.
✦ Payment
- Payment can be made in full upfront, or in a 50%/50% split, where the first half is done upfront, and the second half is done after the approval of the final sketch.
            Please note that the full payment option will include the sharing of more WIPs steps (sketches, color tests, etc.), while the split payment will have fewer previews, lower resolution, and watermarked files until the final payment is completed.
- Commission requests for sketches can only be done by full payment upfront.
- If the commission includes a physical medium to be shipped, an estimate of the shipping price will be added to the total price of the commission before the Payment Stage.
- The commission is only started after the payment is received.
✦ Process & Revisions
1. Request Stage:
- The client will request a commission by message (via email, Bluesky or Instagram) and fill the commission request form with the necessary information of the commission.
- The commission request will be analyzed, and if approved, it will progress to the payment stage.
- The client will receive a message informing them if the request is approved or not.
2. Payment Stage:
- Payment method and platform will be agreed upon by message during this stage.
- Full payment upfront or the first installment of the 50%/50% split payment must be completed in order to proceed to the next step.
3. Sketch Stage:
- Flexible changes are allowed during the sketch stage as long as it doesn't change the main concept of the commission or affect its price.
-Once the final sketch is approved, the commission process can proceed to the next step.
4. Lineart & Color Stage:
- Lineart and Color stages don't have a fixed order; depending on the painting process, the lineart can be done before or after coloring. As such, this is considered a single stage.
- The client has 3 free revisions during this stage, and further changes will incur extra costs.
- Once approved, the commission process can proceed to the last stage.
5. Finalization Stage:
- The Finalization will cover final touches, and at this point, no changes in previous stages are permitted.
- Once the artwork is approved for this final step, the artwork will be exported and sent to the client via email.

Revision Rules:
- After the final sketch approval, the client has a maximum of 3 free revisions during the Lineart & Color stage.
- Additional changes will incur extra costs according to the Pricing table.
- Requesting changes to previously approved stages will incur extra costs to be analyzed by me according to the complexity of those changes.
✦ Refund, Delivery and Updates
Refund Policy:
A refund can be requested in the following cases:
1. The commission process has not started yet. In that case, the client will cover any extra taxes that the chosen payment platform may incur for the refund.
2. In case the commission is cancelled by me due to personal matters of any nature, a refund will be processed for the client.

Delivery of the Artwork:
- It can take from 2 weeks up to 2 months to complete a commission, depending on its complexity.
- The above delivery time can be higher depending on the artist's schedule or current commission queue.
- The delivery time starts counting from the completion of the Payment stage.
- The client will be notified of the expected date of delivery during the Request Stage.
- The client is aware that multiple revisions or change requests above the 3 (three) offered free revisions can affect the delivery date.
- If the commission includes a physical medium to be shipped, the shipping time may be added to the total delivery time, depending on the chosen courier.

Updates on the Commission Process:
- The client can reach out at any point of the commission process for updates as long as it is not excessive.
- I will try to update the client at least once a week regarding the progression of the commissioned artwork.
- While I may work on weekends for rush requests according to my availability, updates and answers will only be provided during weekdays.
- First sketch updates: usually within 72 hours after payment. Weekends are not counted for this time.
             Payments made on Friday may receive sketches starting on Monday, up to Wednesday, depending on the time of the payment processment.
